Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 106 === The housing price is appreciated in Taiwan in past two decades since 1990. The government has adopted many polices to suppress the housing price in this period. The purpose of this study is to explore how the government policy affect the housing price and its trading volume in Taipei. The empirical results show that the government policy does work and could suppress the housing price and housing trading volume while the macroeconomic variables are not taken into account. However, when the macroeconomic variables are controlled, the findings show no evidence that government policy affects housing price, but affect housing trading volume.
