In order to comply with the trend and meet consumer demand, the government set up“Electronic Payment Organization Regulations”on April, 23, 2015 so that the development of domestic third-party payment business could follow. After the completion of the law, the franchises, the banking industry and the third-party payment agents have gone into the business, and third-party payment business in the country suddenly becomes highly competitive. As the development of third-party payment business will replace some of the traditional banking sectors in the past, the operation of banking will be impacted. How to adjust operational strategies to meet the challenges in face of the competitions and challenges from all sides is the focus of this study. Due to the rapid development of third-party payments in the past two years, enterprises have been competing for the market share from online transactions to offline transactions. In addition, the development of financial technology is also changing; big data, cloud computing technology, and the progress of artificial intelligence will gradually change consumer behavior. Bankers should gradually carry out internal innovation and talent development in response to the changes of the times, lest they should be marginalized. This study is intended to compare and analyze the differences between the successful mode of Alibaba and Alipay and the development model of domestic bankers, and put forward the relevant suggestions to the bankers based on literature analysis, comparative analysis, and SWOT Analysis method and inductive method.
