In the past, user satisfaction for evaluation studies on digital learning websites were measured in the form of indicators, and did not conduct in-depth and specific research on the effectiveness of the website operation. The Digital Learning website is dedicated to providing a richer curriculum on the web. However, the web server often uses dynamic web pages to present various services. When the data traffic of the network is too large at the same time, the system exceeds the load range, the performance is poor, and the event is down, which leads to the interruption of learning. This paper explores the effectiveness analysis of learning websites, finds out the reasons for poor website performance, and then proposes to adjust the website performance to optimize. This study uses an online website assessment tool to evaluate the effectiveness and accessibility of websites for three digital learning websites The research found that there are fewer 26 problems in e-business learning platform on the accessibility of the website. The overall performance is better with 65 points for the teacher e-college and 70 points for the e-business learning platform. The research analysis steps and results can provide reference for the research of the three website designers as a basis for improvement.
