The 418 questionnaires were received. The 402 were valid, reaching the response rate of 96.17%. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. This study drew following conclusions. 1. The current situation of teachers in the middle school in Changhua County is "family" orientation. 2. The “interpersonal relations” scored the highest in the happiness construct. 3. The “knowledge, arts, and cultural activities” scored the highest in the leisure participation. 4. The lifestyles have a positive impact on happiness. Self-confidence orientation, health and sport orientation, family orientation and social orientation have positive impacts on happiness. 5.The leisure participation has no interfering effect on the relationship between lifestyle and happiness. Finally, based on the results of the study, it is suggested that workshop and learning groups can be interesting to teachers.
