Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 106 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationships between recreation sports participation level, job stress and positive emotion of junior high school teachers. With further research and analysis, the study showed the mediator effects of positive emotion on recreation sports participation level and job stress. The subjects of questionnaires were 41 junior high school teachers in academic year 105 in Changhua City.429 questionnaires were given out, and 409 were returned.The retrieved probability was 95.33%. There were 396 effective questionnaires and the probability of the usable questionnaire was 96.82%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, structural equation model (SEM) by the use of SPSS program (Windows 22.0) and AMOS. The results of the research are as follow:
1. The current status of junior high school teacher’s recreation sports participation, the ratio of exercise more than three times per week is low, exercise time mostly within 30 minutes.
2. Junior high school teacher’s job stress reached middle-low level. And among all, “job burden” scored the highest.
3. Junior high school teacher’s positive emotion reached middle-high level, and among all, “flow” scored the highest.
4. Junior high school teacher’s recreation sports participation level caused negative influence on teacher’s job stress.
5. Junior high school teacher’s positive emotion caused negative influence on teacher’s job stress.
6. Positive emotion showed mediating effect of recreation sports participation level and job stress.
Based on research results, several suggestions to provide a reference for junior high school teachers, schools, and future researchers.
