The study also analyzed the impact of job stress, coping pressure and job satisfaction..This study adopts questionnaire survey method, while the participator were 202 special education teachers in Hualien county of Taiwan. Three scales were used as test measures, including "Work Pressure Scale", "Pressure Coping Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale". After data collection and analysis were completed, SPSS 20.0 was used for analysis, that including independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson product difference correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and other statistical methods. The result shows "Work pressure", "Pressure coping" and "Job satisfaction" affected by teachers’s background. "Work pressure" has significant moderate negative correlation with "Pressure coping". “Pressure coping" as significant positive correlation with "Job satisfaction". "Work pressure" has significant moderate negative correlation with "Job satisfaction". "Job satisfaction" could predict by "Work pressure" and "Pressure coping".
