The study was conducted through the survey techniques and participators were 503 students from Hualien County. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis of the SPSS 20.0. The study results as follows: (a) High-grade elementary school students’ peer relationship were the highest scores among interpersonal relationship, appearance evaluation is the higher between body image. (b) There were some significant differences that grade were significant difference in screen time, body image, and interpersonal relationship which was also significant difference in grade. (c) Screen time and body image, body image and interpersonal relationship were significantly postive related. (d) The grade, gender, and screen time were significantly to predict the body image. (e) The grade, gender, screen time and body image were significantly to predict the interpersonal relationship.
