In addition, this study also analyzes the influences of job pressure and physical-mental health to retirement attitude of primary school teachers. In the study, a questionnaire was send to 403 particpants who service as teacher in national primary schools in Hualien County. Three scales were used as research tools, including that “Working Stress Scale”, “Physical and Mental Health Questionnaire”, and “Retirement Attitude Scale”. After data were collected and analyzed, SPSS 20.0 was implement to analysis that independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, pearson product-moment correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. The research results as following: (1) The primary and secondary school teachers feel in the middle-low level on work stress; who perception in the medium-low level on threats of physical and mental health and retirement attitude between middle to high degree. (2) There are significant differences in research variables based on different background variables, and female teachers are higher than male teachers on “professional knowledge” level of work stress; "physical health problems"; "psychological health problems"; and “behavior image”.(3) Work stress is positively related to physical and mental health; work stress and retirement attitude are partially related; physical and mental health and retirement attitude are partly related.(4) Background variables and work pressure have significant predictive power for physical and mental health.
