Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 106 === This study intended to inquire the relationship among regular exercise , high-school-entrance stress and emotional control of junior high school students in Taoyuan . The study adopted “The Questionnaire of Regular Exercise , High-school-entrance Stress and Emotional Control of Junior High School Students in Taoyuan ”. 400 9th-grade students were sampled, 392 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective response rate is 98%. The questionnaire data was performed using SPSS computer software for statistical analysis. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Lowering the " physical-and-mental stress " and " social expectations stress " of Grade 9 students will give better performance to the " emotional awareness ", " emotional expression " and " emotional adjustment " of overall " emotional management " . Therefore, reducing the overall " high-school-entrance stress " will have a better overall " emotional management " performance. 2. Improving the performance of " regular exercise " in Grade 9 students will reduce students’ " physical-and-mental stress " and the overall " high-school-entrance stress ". The better the " regular exercise " behavior, the better resistance to " career development " of the " high-school-entrance stress ". 3. The problem of " emotional management " of Grade 9 students caused by " high-school-entrance stress " can achieve the effect of improvement by " regular exercise " . 4. When students face the " physical-and-mental stress " of " high-school-entrance stress ", they can improve the " emotional awareness " and " emotional expression " through " regular exercise " . When students face overall " high-school-entrance stress " , they can improve their " emotional management " behavior by engaging in regular exercise. According to the conclusions, this study may provide some suggestions for educational authorities, family educational organizations and the future researchers.
