These transforming changes bring improvements in the field of information management to shape adaptive strategies which fit the trends.
Based on the Modified UTAUT model, this study integrates the United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT). Two variables are combined into the revised model: Perceived enjoyment and Cyber-loafing. By which this study explores the usage behaviors of internet access devices. In the end, 450 valid data collected from the online survey has been analyzed. As a result, this study summarizes several conclusions and provides practical suggestions for organizations.
