It is crucial to teach students the correct concepts of financial management in order to make appropriate decisions. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing students’ intentions to manage finance, and to analyze the impacts of demographic variables on their decisions. A questionnaire was administrated to 3-6 graders in primary schools in Taichung city. A total of 400 valid samples were collected. Results showed that: (1) Students’ information about financial management is affected by curricula and media; boys’ money sources came from lucky money and from housekeeping, while girls’ money came from rewards and savings. Both of their concept of purchasing is mainly based on quality and price. (2) Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control had significant impacts on students’ intentions to manage finance respectively. Based on the findings, it is suggested that elementary school teachers teach students how to practice their financial plans. 吳為聖 張芳凱 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW
