The study bases on the modified UTAUT model, “ effort expectancy’’, “expectancy”, “social influence”, and “facilitating conditions” are as independent variables, and “gender”, “voluntariness” and “teacher ’s teaching charm” are as moderators. All of them are applied to explore the influence on online learning of elementary school’s senior studends. The results are as follows: 1.The influence of perceived enjoyment has positive effect on performance expectancy and effort expectancy. 2.The influence of effort expectancy has positive effect on cyberloafing will not be moderated by gender and teacher ’s teaching charm. 3.The influence of cyberloafing has positive effect on use behavior. 4.The influence of performance expectancy and effort expectancy have positive effect on behavior intention will not be moderated by gender. 5.The influence of social influence has positive effect on behavior intention will be moderated by voluntariness, and will not be moderated by gender. 6.The influence of facilitating conditions and behavior intention have positive effect on use behavior.
