As a result, the competition between companies grows extremely fierce in terms of the price, service and innovation. Under today's fierce competition, security practitioners must have a high degree of customer trust and dependence, in order to perform service work. Therefore, for security practitioners, if they want to avoid vicious competition and feature more reasonable and legal business, quickly improving their performance, they must first understand the demands of customers. This study will carry out the profound discussion over the projects of corporate image, service quality, customer satisfaction and others on the aspect of community security, in order to have a better understanding of customers, and then to provide appropriate suggestions for the security practitioners in the implementation of service, so that they can actively make improvements to survive. Based on the users of a security company located in Taichung area and Changhua County of Yuanlin area, this study adopts the convenience sampling method to carry out questionnaire survey. The results of regression analysis show that the corporate image, service quality, and satisfaction are significantly and positively affected by each other. According to such a result, the security company can adjust the company strategy to strengthen the service quality in a timely manner in order to improve the corporate image and enhance customer satisfaction.
