A survey was conducted on 350 corporate employees in Taiwan. 315 copies were collated and 275 were valid for further research. Statistical analysis of the data revealed the following results: 1. There is a significant positive relationship between meaning of work and organizational citizenship behavior 2. There is a significant positive relationship between meaning of work and job satisfaction 3. There is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior 4. There is a partial mediating effect of job satisfaction on meaning of work and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, the theoretical significance and implication for practical application were discussed. Limitations and further research orientations were proposed as well.
