The premise of the kindergarten teacher's Subordinate Supervisor Fit is the interference effect.
This study takes the teachers working at public and private kindergartens in the New Taipei City area as research subjects.
In order to ensure the correctness of the samples and data sources, this study adopts convenience sampling method to conduct questionnaire surveys and collect preliminary data.
A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, 277 valid samples were recovered, and the effective sample recovery rate was 92.337%.
We use hierarchical multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis of research.
The results of the study are listed below:
(1) Kindergarten teachers' Person-Goup Fits have a significant positive influence on Work Identity.
(2) Kindergarten teachers' Subordinate Supervisor Fit also have a significant positive effect on the relationship between Person-Goup Fit and Work Identity.
Finally, this study proposes the research implications and future recommendations. This may also benefit the kindergarten management practices.
