The research subjects were elementary school teachers in New Taipei city. 441 effective questionnaires were retrieved and the valid response rate is 88.2%. Pearson and regression analysis were used to show the correlation between the variables. The results were as follows: 1. Supervisors’ behavioral integrity positively influenced teachers’ organizational commitment; 2. Supervisors’ behavioral integrity positively influenced teachers’ psychological safety; 3. Teachers’ psychological safety positively influenced their organizational commitment; 4.
