碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships among supervisors’ behavioral integrity, employees’ psychological safety and organizational commitment. The research subjects were elementary school teachers in New Taipei city. 441 effective questionnaires were retrieved and the valid response rate is 88.2%. Pearson and regression analysis were used to show the correlation between the variables. The results were as follows: 1. Supervisors’ behavioral integrity positively influenced teachers’ organizational commitment; 2. Supervisors’ behavioral integrity positively influenced teachers’ psychological safety; 3. Teachers’ psychological safety positively influenced their organizational commitment; 4. Teachers’ psychological safety is completed media on the supervisors’ behavioral integrity and teachers’ organizational commitment.
