In order to fully mobilize the ability organization staff is important to come to identify the factors influencing their satisfaction. This study focus on the relationship between work emotion, attitude and job satisfaction which affects job performance, especially, the study use three huge campanies as the case in Mongolia. The three huge firms which are including Shangri-La Group, Unitel Group and the Government Roads’ Camp that are pretty famous in Mongolia. These companies are ranking high profit and highly market share in Mongolia that is the reason why the study adopt as the case. It is very popular issue that Employees working attitude are important to business management because they determine the behavior of workers in the organization. There are so many research issues of job satisfaction affects job performance related literature are prevailing in the past few decades. However, the research about work emotion that related to attitude and job satisfaction which affects job performance are still inadequate, particularly the case in Mongolia. The study will try to find the most recent literature that has the contribution to the industry of management which related to human resource management and organization behavior.
