We find that(1)The mediation procedure is more flexible and superior than the litigation procedure, and strengthen the mediation committee has a significant impact on the efficiency of mediation for the professional accomplishments in various fields;(2)Using conflict management strategy and restorative judicial concept in the mediation procedure will reduce the secondary conflict. Our results suggest that(1)Education and training of the mediation committee, expending the members from various outstanding professionals.(2)The mechanism of dispute settlement outside of litigation can be strengthened.(3)The budget of the Court of Justice(ex:the mediation rooms) should be increased.(4)Training of the handling personnel and replenish manpower.(5)One could further extend research in this vein by allowing for civil dispute, criminal trial, Junior non-bank protection and family events.
