Description
Summary:博士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系台灣產業策略發展博士班 === 106 === This study focuses on the content of the beauty industry strategy, starting from the literature reviews including skills verification, beauty salons, and related mathematics applications. This study also takes the skills verification of beauty salons group as research examples, including beauty class B, beauty class C, women's hair class B, women's hair C class, men's hair class B and men's hair class as example There are a total of six types of objects in the C class, based on the number of persons inspected and the number of qualifying sheets for a total of seven years from 2011 to 2017. In the traditional mathematics, six types of licenses for beauty salons were obtained, and the difference between the number of exams and the number of licenses passed was determined. Then use the regression analysis in the soft calculation and the GM (1,1) prediction model to carry out the quantitative prediction and analysis of the number of licenses for the six types of beauty salons. After the calculation and analysis, the trend of pass rate can be obtained, and parallel lines appear between the number of checks and the number of passes, indicating that the obtaining of the license is not easy, and that showing the license is credibility. In addition, on the quantitative analysis, using the error as a criterion, it is reasonable to use the mathematical model proposed in this study. And then the number of qualified persons and qualifying sheets in the next will be used for forecasting. The results of all analyses and calculations may provide the government with the relevant supporting measures for the formulation of skills checks, and may also provide domestic beauty and hairdressing professional groups. The results of this study can also provide the related institutions or organizations to handle the reference for the development of this special license.
