The study aimed at the internship students of department of early childhood educare students of university of science and technology as the research objects. This study uses a questionnaire entitled and the random sampling approach. 363 questionnaires were delivered and received 340 ones, which showed 93.6 effective response rate. The statistical methods include descriptive statistic, item analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results of the study were as follows: 1.The department of early childhood educare students perceived an intermediate level on work stress, mostly was in workload. 2.The department of early childhood educare students obtained high-medium resilience. The variable of hope and generous was highly related to their resilience. 3.There are significant differences of work stress on different age, different academic levels, exceptional children in class. 4.There are significant differences of resilience on different academic levels, different internship school size, exceptional children in class. 5.The correlation of work stress and resilience was significantly negative. 6.Resilience had predictability on work stress. Finally, the suggestion proposed in this research could be the reference for for Universities of Technology, internship companies and students in the university of technology as well as for future studies.
