The applicants are getting more and more by years since the government opened the “Japan Working Holiday” in 2009. Become the country where Chinese people most want to go to working Holiday. This research took the Working Holiday Participants in Japan as the objects, and 418questionnaires out of 425 were collected, the effective response rate is 98%. The results showed that the gender rate of male, with age of 26-30, profession of service industries, monthly income of NT $ 20,001~30,000, university level of education, affection status of single, and middle district. Regression analysis showed the Among Motivation, Cross-culture Adaptation, and Self-achievement have a significant positive impact on behavioral intension, with the Cross-culture Adaptation a higher degree of impact. MANOVA showed that Among Motivation, Cross-culture Adaptation, and Self-achievement had a significant difference with the subjects personal information.
