In order to measure the students’ levels of self-efficacy on foreign language learning, the Questionnaire of English Self-Efficacy (QESE) scale developed by Wang (2004), and modified by Wang and Bai (2016) was used. Besides, the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) developed by Horwitz, Horwitz, and Cope (1986), which was utilized to measure the levels of students’ anxiety during foreign language class. Descriptive statistics, T-test, and correlation analysis were employed in this study. The results showed that the majority of the EFL college students had moderate levels of self-efficacy and anxiety on foreign language learning. In addition, there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy and foreign language anxiety. The findings of the study also revealed that there was no statistically significant difference between college students’ English self-efficacy in terms of gender. Moreover, there was no significant difference between male and female college students on foreign language anxiety. Implications of the results, limitations and suggestions for future research were also presented. Hsu, Pi-Ying 徐碧霙 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 108 en_US
