Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 107 === This research is for post disaster reconstruction work and its performance in Taiwan mountain area. Discussing the method for reconstruction, the performance and the notices to investigate the reason and solution for mountain post disaster at Nantou and suggest four reconstruction methods. The authority decides the simple and easy reconstruction that will be shorter reconstruction time, not influence the traffic and transportation for agriculture products. This method ran pretty well after several times hitting of heavy rains and no more serious disaster. This research case project was set up to set up water wells and water cushions to accelerate the elimination of surface water; set retaining foundation table, block guardrail, submerged dam and rail pile to protect roadside slope from further damage; then lay 20 cm thick ready-mixed concrete pavement to prevent the roadbed from being damaged, and set up a longitudinal ditches and drainage blind pipes to accelerate a large amount of surface water to discharge the affected sections. Through this case, there are some advantages, disadvantages and the improvements discussing. The main reasons for road base sink after heavy rains at part of mountain area are saturated soil, hollow road base, failure drainage system and others. The authority can make file for the finished cases, build the monitor system, with sufficient budget, participate in the concept of sustainable development to improve the operational efficiency, and use steel bridges to replace concrete bridges, to avoid floods and rushing to attack the bridge pier and other suggestions, hope to provide reference for post-disaster reconstruction projects.
