碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 會計系 === 106 === The influence of personality on individual behavior is also an important factor affecting communication, and narcissism is also regarded as a kind of personality trait. Therefore, this study deduces that narcissistic traits will affect communication skills. However, the results of past literature show that narcissism is not only negative, scholars distinguish narcissistic traits into healthy narcissism and unhealthy narcissism, so this study attempts to explore the impact of different degrees of narcissism on communication skills. This study used the questionnaire survey method, mainly based on the accounting department of the University of Science and Technology, and collected non-accounting students' data for comparison and comparison. The total number of valid questionnaires was 173 (113 in the accounting department and 60 in the non-accounting department). The results of the study showed that the traits of narcissism were positively related to communication skills, and the hypothesis was not established; the ability of the healthy narcissists to communicate was not superior to those of other levels of narcissism, and the hypothesis was not established.
