Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 保險金融管理系 === 106 === With the economic development and changes in social structure, the economy is rapidly developed, and the national wealth is increasing. Due to the development of our society, many insurance companies from various countries have been gradually allowed to enter the insurance market in Taiwan since 1987. Life insurance companies are everywhere in Taiwan. Faced with environmental changes and competition, life insurance market in Taiwan has entered a fierce competition period. In terms of life insurance salespersons, in addition to the necessary IT leveraging Competence , they should also exert their Workforce Agility, constantly absorb professional knowledge, innovate their thinking, and respond to changes in the environment. This study focuses on exploring the relation of IT leveraging Competence, Workforce Agility and entrepreneurship.
In this study, 250 questionnaires were issued. However, only 235 questionnaires were responded and returned. After deducting 35 invalid questionnaires with incomplete answers or the answers from first question to the last one are all the same, there were 200 valid samples. The research methods were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software, including statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, regression analysis and piecewise regression analysis.
The research results verify the four research hypotheses in this paper: (1) The positive influence of IT leveraging Competence on entrepreneurship. (2) The positive influence of the use of IT leveraging Competence on Workforce Agility. (3) The positive influence of Workforce Agility on entrepreneurship. (4) The existence of the mediation effect of Workforce Agility between IT leveraging Competence and the entrepreneurship.
After exploring the influence of IT leveraging Competence and the entrepreneurship on Workforce Agility, the results are as below. Apparently, work flexibility of salespersons is a more important indicator. It includes the required characteristics of salespersons, which are independence and efficacy. Therefore, the mediation effect of Workforce Agility does exist in between IT leveraging Competence and the entrepreneurship.
According to the results of this study, it is suggested that salespersons, the management echelon and the advices from other later researchers should be distinguished. The contents are listed as below: (1) Strengthen the IT leveraging Competence. (2) Deepen entrepreneurship. (3) The wisely use of Workforce Agility. (4) Replacing censure with counseling in organization leadership and master in efficacy. (5) The leadership should be refreshed with innovative thinking and new ideas. (6) Beginning physical and mental guidance education training courses.
