This study uses the Korean MV dance program and group feedback activities to influence the self-efficacy of the juveniles. In this way, the researchers invited 10 law-abiding teenagers from the placement institutions to participate in the program in a random manner. After agreeing to each other, they used the "group activity process record sheet" and "self-efficacy personal observation record sheet" to carry out the activity process. Record and use the questionnaire "self-efficacy" for analysis. The conclusions of this study can organized into the following six points: 1. This study designed a set of dance programs suitable for the implementation of the placement agency and improved member self-efficacy. 2. When the relationships with the members are not stable, members will then feel impetuous, negative behaviors/emotions. 3. When the relationships with the members are positive, it can then promote members to improve their self-efficacy. 4. Members will be highly confident in the process of participating in the program, willing to learn independently with low self-confidence and low self-control. 5. Member imitation depends on past experiences and performances of one's own abilities. 6. The behavior of members susceptible (are be easy influenced) due to past experience and current emotions. The researchers made specific recommendations for the Korean MV dance programs and placement agencies as follows: I. Advising Korean MV dance programs (1) Discussing the content of the activities with the members in a positive, supportive attitude, planning a long-term flexible plan. (2) Assisting members through the contract to overcome difficulties and achieve the objectives of signing. (3) Before the implementation of the program activities, it is necessary to initially understand the differences in the experiences and abilities of members to imitate learning from the past. (4) Find a stable dance teacher and members to establish a long-term positive relationship to complete the program. II. Giving advice to the residential institution (1) It is recommended to incorporate the Korean MV dance program with the residential institution to become a normal activity. V (2) The social workers and related professionals of the residential institution will be the ones implementing the plan. (3) Continuously track the participation of the participating members to understand the changes in the members' self-efficacy. CHEN, MAY-LING 陳玫伶 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 211 zh-TW |
