碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 106 === The purpose of this research was exploring the relationships between Hanoi office worker’s satisfaction with Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and Job satisfaction. Moreover, this research investigates the level of satisfaction of office workers with their current job, IEQ and estimate the hypothesized relationships among variables. Data was collected through Google Doc form; The data was analysed by SPSS 20.0 software to examine the purpose of this study. The data were sent to office workers who work in 12 districts of Hanoi. With 500 samples were sent, a total of 400 respondents were used for data analysis. The result has supported all hypotheses and shows a significant of the relationship between IEQ and Job satisfaction among office workers. The most significant correlations were Job satisfaction and Thermal comfort. There were no significant relationships among satisfaction with Age, Gender and Workstation type except Hour of working per week. The result after analysis also shows a sign of satisfaction among office workers with their current IEQ and job although not in very high value. Base on those conclusions, this research provided some solution for the organization to improve workplace IEQ to make their employees more satisfied with their job.
