Therefore, the effectiveness of bridge maintenance management is difficult to highlight. In order to solve this problem, the Ministry of Communications instructed the county and city governments to conduct bridge inspection operations, and establish relevant Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) and External Audit (AUDIT) systems. To ensure the correctness of the basic information, inspection and maintenance materials of the bridge. The Ministry of Communications began to implement the bridge inspection quality assurance system in October to ensure the correctness of the basic information, inspection and maintenance materials of the bridge. Quality Assurance (QA) is a third-party impartial unit certification that reviews the results of inspections to ensure the quality of inspection data and survey data for Bridge Quality Control (QC). Finally, the purpose of controlling the quality of bridge inspection is achieved by external audit. This study is based on the inspection data of Bridge Quality Control (QC) in a county in the 106th year of Taiwan, and is used for quality assurance (QA) check.
