How to raise the enterprise competitiveness is one of the decisive factors for the sustainability. According to the past researches, organizational identity is positively associated with employee’s work performance. This research was investigated the relationships among team’s climate, happiness, and organizational identity. The research was conducted with questionnaire survey to collect data with a total of 172 questionnaires based on convenience sampling for the program leader of an electronic components company in Taoyuan. Overall valid questionnaires are 168 and the valid questionnaire feedback rate is 97.7%. On the basis of the analysis of the questionnaires, the conclusions are as follows: 1. The team’s climate is positively associated with the organizational identity. 2. The team’s climate is positively associated with the personal happiness and company happiness. 3. Company happiness and personal happiness mediated the effect of the relation between team’s climate and organizational identity.
