Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this paper is using the monitoring data and simulation software to analyze the photovoltaic systems which set up at Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology. The photovoltaic systems respectively were adopted the amorphous silicon thin film cell module (2.04kWp) and mono-crystalline cell module (4.01kWp). Through the simulation results and monitor data to compare rightness. To explore the factors that affect the performance of power generation, as the basis for the correction of system simulation parameters, and propose improvement programs. This paper using the Solar Pro software package to analyze above-mentioned photovoltaic system of the amorphous silicon thin film cell module and mono-crystalline cell module generation power, I-V curve, shading influence and performance of power generation systems. And the simulation results are compared with the actual monitoring data, as a reference to the simulation program parameters correction, photovoltaic system construction and performance evaluation.
