But how the company''s information security considerations and personal business convenience to use, these two reached a good balance, was facing the great management challenges. In this demand, Mobile Device Management System was born in response. The mobile device management system is an APP software which installed within a personal mobile device that provides business-based management capabilities. Enabling organizations to quickly manage mobile devices with wireless access without interfering with users. Although the mobile device management system could protect the security of enterprise information, but there were still violations of personal privacy concerns, may affect the use of employees willingness. Therefore, this study used the Technology Acceptance Model questionnaire, and selected relevant personnel from certain organizations to conduct a survey visit to find out the user''s acceptance of the Mobile Device Management System. The results reveal the facts that (1) Most users can accept this mobile device management system. (2) The user believes that the mobile device management system can indeed exert security benefits. (3) There are three main factors that affect users'' acceptance of the mobile device management system: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Social Environment. (4) Users with different backgrounds differ in their acceptance of mobile device management systems. (5) Users do have doubts about infringements on personal privacy at the initial stage of the promotion of the mobile device management system. However, after announcements and explanations by the manager, it would be found that there are no such problems. The results of this study will provide an important reference value for enterprises to introduce Mobile Device Management System.
