Traditional manual methods for controlling fermentation temperature are not convenient. If the process of controlling fermentation temperature can be automatic, the working hours can be reduced. In general, one cannot monitor the fermentation temperature anytime and/or anywhere. This makes those who make fermented foods at home more inconvenient. The purpose of this research aims to help those who want to go outside and then cannot monitor the fermentation temperature. This research develops a novel mobile control and monitor system for monitoring fermentation temperature and controlling the cooler and heater.
