The mobile device has become a necessity in personal life. There are also changes in living habits more. People can use the mobile device to carry out activities such as travel, consumption, and learning. Technology has made life convenient more and learning has become diversified more. Through the development of the mobile device, the development of m-learning has become more and more popular. The topic of deep learning has also begun to be discussed by many people recently. Many applications have also begun to develop and research with artificial intelligence. This paper is based on using the technology of deep learning on the mobile device. We implemented a set of APP applications for English word learning which the functions of artificial intelligence, and constructed a website of archive resources to fulfill m-learning requirement. Using objects in computer classrooms as training targets, We use Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN) to train images data which objects were collected in computer classrooms and develop an Android APP to achieve English word learning by recognizing the right object then speak out the pronunciation. We also integrate archival resource website so that users can use through the APP application more diversified. In our study, we realize the technical achievements of the m-learning by learning English words from AI technology as well as download necessary resources for learning through the resources of the archives.
