description 碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 工業管理系碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, the National Army has spared no effort in promoting security protection. In particular, the recent detection of cases of shared espionage was mostly due to internal prosecution to provide an opportunity to solve the problem. This shows that the officers and men have been vigilant in the face of enemy penetration and piracy; however, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) penetration into China has continued to penetrate many cases. The pipeline seeks out work objects and goals so as to achieve the purpose of finding information. It can be seen from the above cases that the CCP has used the “lawful covert illegal” pipeline to increase its penetration of intelligence into the country, and that the protection and defense work of the national army is facing severe challenges. In addition, the China government has adopted a policy of fine soldiers in the military structure, and the personnel reduction has resulted in the reduction of personnel. However, the workload has not been reduced. There has been a shortage of manpower, abnormal vacations, and physical and mental fatigue. As a result, the work pressure of security officers at all levels is getting heavier and heavier, and when the pressures on them cannot be adapted, There may be psychological depression, depression, nervousness, anxiety, helplessness, lack of self-confidence, or self-defeating, which may affect work performance and quality. At present, domestic scholars study the work pressure of the national army. The scope of his research is mostly for the investigation of various military personnel. The targets are mostly political warfare, surveillance and aircraft maintenance. No researchers have included the defensive cadres into the scope of the discussion; The purpose of this study is to explore the situation of the Army''s security cadres'' work pressure and the use of response strategies, and to explore the differences between the work pressures and response strategies of the cadres with different background variables, and to discuss the cadres of different work pressures. Use the difference situation of the response strategy. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the Army''s security guards. A total of 209 questionnaires were distributed, and 160 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 76%. Data analysis was carried out by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product difference and regression analysis. The results of the study obtained the following conclusions: 1. the army''s security guards work at a low to medium level The work pressure of the Army''s security guards is at a low to medium level. The average scores of all levels are ranked as "workload", "superior pressure", "role conflict", "interpersonal relationship" and "professional knowledge" from high to low. From this, we can see that the current situation of the cadres at all levels of work pressure is higher under the pressure of "workload" and lower pressure on "professional knowledge". 2. The degree of adoption of the Army’s security cadres in response to the strategy is moderately high. The Army''s security cadres have adopted a high frequency of response strategies. The average scores of all levels are ranked as "seeking support", "problem solving", "rational thinking", "emotional adjustment" and "escape delay". It can be seen that the Army''s security cadres have the highest frequency of adopting the "seek support" strategy in response to the current situation of all levels of the strategy, and the "avoid delay" strategy has the lowest frequency. Finally, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions based on the research results to provide reference for decision-making units, industry management supervisors, mental assistant departments and future researchers.
