碩士 === 中原大學 === 應用數學研究所 === 106 === Because of the rapid development on science and technology, statistical softwares need to integrate with other software in order to do complex computation. Thus we are led to design a statistical information system. This information system can provide a platform on sample size computation and data analysis. Users can perform computation and visualize reports without a deep enough knowledge of statistics and writing a large amount of code. The statistical information system mentioned in this thesis is a Node.js based system that adopts MEAN as its infrastructure. Once logged into the system, users can upload data files and select data columns. Then we proceed to discuss how to design the control interface of statistical functions. In this part, we will discuss how to load the analytic methods into the system and how to display the interface used by the nonparametric model recommended by the system. Finally, in the part that we discuss data analysis, we cover the topic of how to display reports, and the list of all statistical reports that we can provide. At present, our system only replies on some very common analytical methods. Users can then select their choices to generate the reports they expect. In the next stage, we will study how to design a more convenient interface for our statistical information system, so as to extend the usability of the system.
