In the traditional wire and cable manufacturing industry, there are many times of wire drawing, stranding and coating in the cable manufacturing process. Due to the old reason of the machine and most of the manufacturing materials, manual copying is impossible, and an effective line segment cannot be reached. Control, so as to affect the correctness and correspondence of the data. Therefore, this study proposes the concept of the Processing point and the meter algorithm. Using the intelligent sensor device at the Processing point of the Cable production machine, the correlation between the output meter, the input meter and the Processing meter can be used to calculate the production. The relative number of Output cable and input cable, and the development of a Cable production machine operation specification principle to improve the Cable production manufacturing, so that future machine operators can understand how to operate the Cable production machine through the operation specification principle, and more effective Use of manufacturing materials.
