Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 106 === The research objects of this study are the information technology (IT) personnel who support the attributes of the organization. This may analysis and reveal the pressure resources on the personnel if there will be some better solutions or methods to decrease and prevent the job burnout. The study has found that “service targets", "work completion" and "time pressures" are the main sources of work stress for the personnel supporting the attributes of their organization in the IT department. Also this may have the interested IT leaders in logistics realize the issues to lead the IT staff to provide higher performance in benefits for the organization. To turn over the aspects of the management level to consider that the IT dept. is just a spending unit, this study may allow the logistic IT staff earn higher respect and salary and decrease the chances of having job burnout in their career life.
