It is a common way to establish a production system using the queueing model. Usually, the queueing system is only used to calculate the delivery time and product inventory. However, sometimes the waiting time will affect the quality of the product. Therefore, consider using the queueing system to take into account the phenomenon that the processing time affects the quality. This study considers a system in which product quality deteriorates during the processing. There are two reasons why the quality of the product will be affected during the processing, which is the waiting time and the status of the machine. For the state change mode of the machine, Case 1 change status of machine during processing. Case 2 change status of the machine when product is completed Case 3 adopts status change model of the Case2, also consider that the status of the machine directly impact on the product quality. The purpose of this study is to estimate the yield of the product. we use the Matrix Geometric Method to calculate the corresponding limiting probabilities of the system and the yield of the product will be estimated by analyzing of the absorption time. Therefore, these three systems can be used to estimate the yield of the product after it has been processed when it reaches the production line. It takes time to update the status of the machine and can’t be update immediately. We consider that the system is added to update time the status of the machine. Using case 3, the yield of the product can be estimated. If the estimated yield is below the standard value, preventive measures will be taken.
