Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業與系統工程研究所 === 106 === Food-related industries can reflect people’s quality of life and are important national essential livelihood industries. Due to changes in global consumption and consumer health awareness and quality requirements, companies must understand customer needs and satisfy consumers through continuous improvement. At present, consumers are paying more and more attention to issues related to food safety and hygiene. Therefore, oil-related companies need to improve their competitiveness while maintaining oil quality.
Lean Six Sigma has been successfully used in the manufacturing industry for many years. The purpose of this research is to use the Lean Six Sigma improvement approach to apply to the production process of the edible oil industry. Combine Total Equipment Efficiency index to find out constraints and bottleneck to improve the case product''s target production rate through case studies, and apply the edible oil product case verification method to improve the feasibility of the method.
