It also discussed the difference of those for the different social background, and their relationship were analyzed as well. The study tried to do the census for the kindergarten teacher hold the director in the kindergarten of elementary school in whole of Changhua country. The three questionnaire parts, including working pressure, emotional intelligence, and happiness, were viewed as the research tools. Through the Spss 22.0, the statistics were done for the result analysis. The main findings were followed: 1.The respondents showed the high-medium working pressure, and the situation showed the working pressure was heavy. The mood showed high-medium level, so that they owned better emotional intelligences. Moreover, the happiness was high-medium to show they satisfice their works. 2.Social background showed more differences for the working pressures showed more different, working seniority, and most of happiness options. 3.The three bright tables have causal relationships. 4.The research results will offer the suggestions for the government, kindergarten, and teachers.
