碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 創意生活應用設計研究所 === 106 === Abstract The study tried to discuss the relationship among work pressure, happiness and music relieve stress for the teachers in the primary schools. It had understood the situation of the teachers in the primary schools at Changhua county for the different backgrounds and variables. It had surveyed 400 teachers in the primary school at Changhua County by using questionnaires, and the valid samples are 386. The study tools included three questionnaires, the pressure questionnaires for the teachers in the primary schools, the happiness questionnaires and the music relieve stress. The data analysis had averages, standard deviations, t-tests, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and canonical correlations thought SPSS 22.0. The main findings were followed: 1. The respondents showed middle working pressure, and the happiness was middle-high standard. In addition, the music relieves stress owned middle-high standard. 2. The background of respondents was related to the working pressure; the happiness and the music relieves stress partly. Work pressure, happiness and music pressure are also related to the existence of the three. 3. The causal relationship among the working pressure, the happiness and the music relieve stress was existed. Keywords: the teachers in the primary schools、work pressure, happiness, music relieve stress
