○○Culture and Education Foundation has been cultivating Yongjing for 20 years, using education as the source of education and the public good as its latitude. It has continued to invest in community creation and is working tirelessly to achieve good results. Its community building experience is worthy of reference to other non-profit organizations. The purpose of this study is to explore the operating model of non-profit organizations (○○cultural and educational foundations), their progress and effectiveness in promoting community development, and to explore the contribution and dilemma of non-profit organizations in promoting community development. In order to enhance the veracity of the research results, this study interviewed the core members and community representatives of ○○ Culture and Education Foundation through in-depth interviews based on representative attributes and positions, analyzed the progress of ○○ Culture and Education Foundation in promoting community development, and studied related case documents. Data, and cross-checking, the study found that: The Foundation is responsible for assisting community managers to understand the concept and content of community building; providing some financial sponsorship for community hardware construction; acting as a bridge between the community and government units; leading Yongjing people to expand Learning exchanges, excavating local talents; guiding the development of local culture in Yongjing Township; bringing together the opinions and resources of the community, and providing the role and positioning of methods for solving problems. The Foundation has not done enough work for grounding gas and emotions; community residents have different values and it is difficult to reach a consensus; mutual trust and cooperation among community development workers are not enough; resources have not yet been used to the greatest extent to form a foundation for development. Dilemma. However, the Foundation's hard work at the local level has brought many changes to the community. Overall, the Foundation has promoted the influence and contribution of the community's overall construction process. It has introduced resources for the Foundation to cooperate with the community to handle activities and promote the rapid development of the community. Cohesion of community awareness, so that the community more cohesive; help vulnerable people can self-reliance, spread good knowledge to the vulnerable; can expand the visibility of Yongjing in the international; let Yongjing always strong, constantly inject new living water.
