The specific purpose includes: 1. Understand the needs of the professional growth of the care workers in the public Baby Care center. 4. To explore the differences in the demand for professional growth of the staff of the Public Child Care center with different background changes.
The object of study was based on 650 samples in Kaohsiung City and Xin Bei City Public Private Nursery Center nursery staff. Census method is the way of investigation, pre-questionnaires were a total of 100, and the valid questionnaires were 98 samples. Questionnaires were 550 samples The recovery ratio of the questionnaires was about 93%, and the effective questionnaires were 495 copies. The results of the questionnaires filled out by subjects, which were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance, posterior comparisons and other statistical methods, and the conclusions summarized as the following points:
The current status of the professional growth of child-minders in the public child Care Center in planning their own required training activities high autonomy and learning motivation, the actual participation in professional growth activities in the number of hours will not be affected by the statute.
Second, demand for the professional growth of child-minders in the public Baby Care center Kaohsiung and New Taipei all take the "emotional management / stress management of the staff" as the first demand, showing the burden of support for the service of the public baby-sitting Center.
Third, The demand for professional growth will not vary by age, marriage, length of service, highest learning experience, number of children, and the youngest age of children.
Four, The different background variable of the public Baby Care Center for the professional growth of the demand for Kaohsiung staff different - the highest degree of professional growth in the demand for education professional knowledge and professional development of the structure has a significant difference.
Based on the above research results, the specific suggestions are provided for reference to the relevant parenting administrative organs, the public Baby Care Center Supervisor , the support staff and the future research.
