Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 106 === Due to the shock caused by the 921-magnitude earthquake, Taiwan began to strengthen the seismic resistance of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and steel reinforced concrete. The building structure began to develop enough seismic resistance to withstand the recurrence of a major earthquake. With the expansion of the use of building functions and new demands, the configuration of various rebars in the structure has also increased and become more complex. The construction methods, construction equipment and applicable regulations also vary according to different types of uses.
Buildings are built under the construction regulations, and their anti-seismic function and project quality can be improved, and the loss of people caused by the earthquake can be effectively reduced. The purpose of the building is not to pursue rapid completion, but to ensure that the project quality guarantees the safety of occupants' lives and property, and at the same time increases the brand value of the construction company and creates a win-win situation. Therefore, a thorough understanding of construction regulations is relatively important for first-line site managers. First of all, before the construction, the building must be considered as a whole, and then the unit and location of the construction in each stage of the project must be planned, and the construction regulations and construction methods must be linked.
In addition to collecting relevant literature on construction management plans, the research method of this article takes Tainan's new housing project as an example to investigate the construction process at the site, analyzing the shortcomings that may occur during the construction process, developing appropriate ideas for improvement, and then applying to the other project. The draft of the other new housing project, project quality, construction management, and other substantive plans and their implementation strategies were formulated. Specific improvement measures were proposed as a reference for construction management and project quality, in order to achieve the goal of building a good quality project for new housing.
This article actually applies the engineering regulations to the construction process of the building. Before the construction, the overall considerations must be taken. The subsequent construction stages must also comply with the construction regulations to complete the progress, in order to achieve the close connection between the project regulations and the construction process, and proper decoration. The quality of the project ensures that the building achieves a sufficient seismic resistance factor. In addition to satisfying the quality of life of the occupants, the building is also required to ensure life safety. It is hoped that this paper will have an effect on the management of building construction quality in the future.
