Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 106 === First in this study used of alkali activation technology to manufacture of geopolymer green cement made from power plant fly ash, its mixing main ratios: (1)alkali equivalent(AE) was set to 6%, 8% and 10% ,(2) alkali modulus ratio (Ms) was set to1.0,1.5 and 2.0,(3) liquid binder ratio(W/B), such as the deployment of 0.4,0.5and 0.6, among them, slag powder / F-class power plant fly ash ratios respectively had S20F80、S40F60、S60F40、S80F20 etc., mixing production 5cm * 5cm * 5cm test samples, cured 3 days, 7 days and 28 days after, investigated the relationship between compressive strength, water absorption, dry shrinkage and setting time, taked the best ratio used as geopolymer green cement. From the experimental results show (1)against 6%,8%,10% alkali equivalent range, alkali modulus ratio (MS) was set to1.0,1.5 and 2.0, liquid binder ratio was set to0.5 and 0.6 condition, base S20F80、S40F60 mixed ratios of plant fly ash geopolymer, the final setting time met the requirements of cement specifications, (2) against 6%,8%,10% alkali equivalent range, alkali modulus ratio (MS) was set to 2.0, liquid binder ratio was set to0.4 condition, base S20F80、S40F60、S60F40、S80F20 mixed ratios of plant fly ash geopolymer , compressive strength met the requirements of cement specifications, (3) against 6%,8%,10% alkali equivalent range, alkali modulus ratio (MS) was set to 1.0,1.5 and 2.0, liquid binder ratio was set to0.4 condition, base S20F80、S40F60、S60F40、S80F20 mixed ratios of plant fly ash geopolymer ,they had the lowest water absorption, water absorption decreases with equivalent alkali increase, decreases with curing time increase,(4)against 6%,8%,10% alkali equivalent range, alkali modulus ratio (MS) was set to 1.0,1.5 and 2.0, liquid binder ratio was set to0.4 condition, base S20F80、S40F60、S60F40、S80F20 mixed ratios of plant fly ash geopolymer ,they had the lowest dry shrinkage, (5)against 6%,8%,10% alkali equivalent range, alkali modulus ratio (MS) was set to 1.0, liquid binder ratio was set to0.6 condition, base S20F80、S40F60、S60F40、S80F20 mixed ratios of plant fly ash geopolymer ,they had the lowest setting time.
