碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === In the economic downturn, in order to enable the Taiwan industry to continue the next generation, the Government actively promote the innovation and entrepreneurship development of young people, and provide entrepreneurs to find the necessary Entrepreneurship Resources, and release a good rich Entrepreneurship Environment, so that the successful development of entrepreneurship to the Entrepreneurship Research forward. In the past, Entrepreneurs related research focused on entrepreneurial team ability and product technical characteristics to explored, however, there is still a lack of complete discussion on some issues, and the study explores the relationship between Entrepreneurship Personality Traits, Entrepreneurship Environment and Entrepreneurship Resources on Entrepreneurship Strategy and Entrepreneurship Performance, aiming at the relevant discussion of Entrepreneurship Strategy factors, as a reference for prospective entrepreneur evaluation. 　　This research explores the Personality Traits of young entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurship Environment and Entrepreneurship Resources will affect their Entrepreneurship Strategies and Entrepreneurship Performance, mainly for young entrepreneurs aged 20 to 45 years as the research object. Of the 360 questionnaires distributed, 311 valid ones were retrieved and the valid retrieval rate was 92.3%. The results show that Entrepreneurship Environment, Personality Traits and Entrepreneurship Resources have a significant impacts on Entrepreneurship Strategies; Entrepreneurship Environment, Entrepreneurship Resources, Entrepreneurship Strategies have a significant impacts on Entrepreneurship performance. Finally, the research results aim to establish good references to young entrepreneurs.
