With the increase of the elderly population, the problem of population aging is not only an international issue, but also affects the family structure, work and lifestyle consumption patterns of the Chinese people. In the future, medical care services and economic security for the elderly population will become a social financial burden. .Research purposes: 1. To explore the benefits of elders participating in community care and care activities. 2. Analyze the benefits of the physical fitness of the elders participating in community care and care activities. 3. Analyze the benefits of the social function of the elders participating in community care and care activities. Research methods: 43 households in Chishanli community, Renwu District, Kaohsiung City, average age, standard deviation, average height, standard deviation, average body weight, standard deviation58.59±10.88(kg)., after collecting data, descriptive with SPSS 22. statistics,Sample t erification, item by item analysis.The results of the study: 1. The willingness of the elders to participate in the community care and care activities activities health promotion activities is significant. 2. After the elders participated in the community care base, the benefits of functional fitness were significantly improved. 3. After the elders participated in the community care base, the benefits of their social functions were significantly improved. Conclusion: The activities of elders participating in community care bases have significant benefits in terms of health promotion, functional fitness and social function.
