碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 106 === Background：Elderly population ratio will be more than 14% in 2018 in Taiwan, to be an aging society, Based on the development of the aging trend, it is important for retirees to adapt retirees to life after retirement, reduce anxiety and panic, and then self-identification and realization. Purpose: To investigate the Retirees in advent their retirement Life on expectancy, life adaptation and leisure sports planning. METHODS: The Research was conducted via questionnaires. While 300 participants selected by purposive sampling, 271 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 90.3%. The SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistics software package was used to analyze the data, Frequency, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. RESULTS:1. Life expectancy demand: College group in education division showed significat higher than other group (p=.047). 2.Life adaptation demand : College group (p=.049) in education division, 51~60 years old group (p=.001) in age division and married group (p=.018) were significat higher than other in different individual divisions. 3.Leisue sport participation: College group (p=.049) in education division and business, industry, free industry in occupation division were significat higher than others in different individual divisions. Conclusion: Retirees with high academic qualification, middle aged, and industrial occupation characteristic display higher demands in life expectancy, life adaptation and leisure sports.
