Method: Subjects are sixty-nine female yoga participants, to divide into hatha yoga are twenty-six person, fitness yoga are twenty person and bikram yoga are twenty-three person. All Subjects to test the body composition (body fat percentage), flexibility (sit-and-reach), lower limb power (vertical jump) and balance ability (closed eye and single foot standing) The data are descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA and Duncan post hoc test to analyze. Results: 1. Hatha yoga subjects' body fat percentage at different ages reaches a significant level (p<.05); Flexibility and lower limb power at different exercise frequencies reached significant level (p<.05); different regular exercise time body composition (body fat percentage) observed indicators of didn't reach a significant level (p>.05). 2. Fitness yoga subjects' body fat percentage and lower limb power at different ages reaches a significant level (p<.05); different regular exercise time exercise frequencies body composition (body fat percentage) observed indicators of didn't reach a significant level (p>.05). 3. Bikram yoga subjects' balance ability at different ages reaches a significant level (p<.05); different body composition (body fat percentage) subjects' lower limb power reaches a significant level (p<.05); different regular exercise time exercise frequencies observed indicators of didn't reach a significant level (p>.05). 4. Different type of yoga participants body composition(body fat percentage) Flexibility Lower Limb Power and Balance ability didn't reach a significant level (p>.05). Conclusion: 1. Hatha yoga: body fat percentage among participants over 51 years of age is significantly higher than those under 50 years of age, because, the higher the age, the lower the metabolic rate. different exercise frequencies flexibility lower limb power because of the increase improver of sports performance is better and better. 2. Fitness yoga: the body fat percentage of participants aged 41 to 50 years is significantly higher than that of other age groups, lower limb power gradually declines with age 3. Bikram yoga: the balance ability of different age groups gradually declines due to the increase of age; the lower limb power of different body composition (percentage of body fat) groups gradually declines due to the increase of age. 4. Different type of yoga participants body composition (body fat percentage) flexibility lower limb power and balance ability performance no difference.
