a living environment is an important issue for consumers. Therefore, it is
especially for the Kaohsiung area. The factors of purchase decision-making are
analyzed. After the questionnaire data is collected, the empirical research is
carried out. Using SPSS21 statistical application software, the empirical
evidence shows that the housing information of the house has an impact on the
purchasing decision of the consumer, and the demographic variables show the
difference of information cognition.
